The class consisted of students traveling from near and far. Students traveled to learn from Lori Nova from El Salvador, New York, and Canada. We also had several local soap making students.
Lori is an excellent teacher and very precise in her instructions. Two of her soaps won awards at the annual Soap Maked Guild Conference. I am so lucky to have the opportunity to learn from the best!
I look forward to tomorrow when we move on to "Hot Process" and "Big Batch" soap making!
The above picture is the result of a swirled soap made in class. The base is sented with bitter almond and the swirls are colored with blueberry pop mica and rose clay. BEATUIFUL!
Yhea Soap!
